Normal wear & tear (micro-scratches, minor surface marks)

Misuse/accidents (snags, crushing, bending)

Exposure to chemicals/cosmetics (perfume, lotions, cleaning agents, chlorine, etc.)

Water exposure (pools, hot tubs, showers)

Improper care or storage (tangles, friction burnishing)

Lost or stolen items

Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Finish changes related to skin pH or environmental factors

Who’s Eligible

Items purchased directly on the Juno & Fern website (junoandfern.com).

Original purchaser only (non-transferable).

Proof of purchase required (order number, name, email used at checkout, and phone number).

How to File a Claim?

Email us at orders@junoandfern.com with your

  • Name on the order
  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Photos(and short description) showing issues.

We’ll find your information and take care of the rest!

  • Replacement of the same item (if in stock)

  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit for the item value so you can choose a replacement.

Shipping for approved warranty claims:

  • Customer covers a $5.99 CAD return-shipping label to send the item in for inspection.
  • We’ll cover the shipping of your replacement back to you.
