Products & Materials
What are your pieces made of?
All Juno & Fern jewelry uses 4 µm (micron) 18K gold plating over 925 sterling silver (nickel-free).
Are your pieces nickel-free?
Yes — our base is 925 sterling silver and we’re nickel-release compliant.
Why does thickness matter?
Plating thickness affects how long the finish lasts under normal wear. Our 4 µm standard is chosen for a natural gold look and better longevity.
What necklace lengths do you offer?
We focus on 16″, 18″, and 20″. For open collars, 18″ sits in the V (≈45 cm) so the pendant stays visible. Add a supporting chain at 16″ or 20″ for clean, calm layering.
Will plated jewelry last?
All plated finishes soften with wear over time. With the right care (see Care below), your pieces can last significantly longer.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
No. We can’t edit addresses after an order is placed. If there’s an error, cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address.
How quickly do orders ship?
We ship twice per week: Tuesdays & Fridays.
Cutoff: 12:01 AM Atlantic Time on the ship day. Orders after the cutoff roll to the next dispatch.
Are prices shown with tax?
Product prices are before taxes. GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. All charges are in CAD.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Within Canada only at launch — to all Canadian postal codes. Orders ship from Halifax, NS.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship via Chit Chats (final-mile delivered by their carrier partners).
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days after shipping. Timelines are estimates and can vary at the carrier’s discretion.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders $99+ CAD. Otherwise $5.99 CAD flat rate.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships (please allow a few hours for the first scan).
Is a signature required?
Not by default. For high-risk orders or certain postal codes we may add Signature on Delivery for security.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tag attached and all packaging included.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Warranty
What’s covered?
Manufacturing defects / DOA: report within 7 days of delivery.
Premature plating wear (under normal use): within 12 months of purchase.
What isn’t covered?
Normal wear & tear, misuse/accidents, water or chemical exposure, improper storage, lost/stolen items, unauthorized repairs/alterations, or finish changes related to skin pH/environment.
Who can claim?
The original purchaser of items bought on junoandfern.com with proof of purchase (order number, name, email, phone).
How do I file a claim?
Email orders@junoandfern.com with: full name, order number, email & phone used on the order, and clear photos of the issue.
What’s the resolution?
If approved, we replace the item (if in stock). If not in stock, we issue store credit for the item value. For warranty returns, you cover a $5.99 CAD return-shipping label; we cover the shipment of your replacement.

Care & Cleaning
What’s the 30-second daily routine?
Put jewelry on after skincare, SPF, and perfume → wipe dry with a soft cloth after wear → if needed, a quick lukewarm rinse and pat dry → store dry, separately.
What should I avoid?
Soap, ultrasonic cleaners, abrasive cloths/pastes, chemical dips, alcohol/acetone, and prolonged water exposure (showers, pools, hot tubs).
How do I clean at home?
Use lukewarm water and a soft cloth/very soft brush, then dry thoroughly. Finish with a dry microfiber cloth. No soaps or chemical cleaners.

Do you offer gift notes or gift receipts?
Not at this moment.

A branded box, care guide, and a jewelry pouch. Our packaging is fully recyclable.
